This kit consists of: SACHS SRE 240mm Single Mass Flywheel SACHS SRE Organic or Sintered Clutch Disc SACHS SRE Pressure Plate Flywheel and Pressure Plate Bolts Release Bearing

These are a popular conversion on the VW Golf Mk4 Platform with 1.9 TDI and 1.8T Engines to remove the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel, when either running increased power or the DMF fails
The kits are rated by Sachs to 390Ft/Lbs+ (530Nm) for the Organic Disc and 440Ft/Lbs+ (600Nm) for the Sintered Paddle Disc, so will take everything you can throw at them
The Sintered disc is only recommended for use on a Race or Track car due to the increased grab caused by the sintered facings, this makes driving in traffic more difficult and increases wear rate. For those who require a kit suited to daily driving, the kit with an Organic disc is the strongest setup available with a stock driving style. We can also offer an OEM Sachs DMF with Sachs SRE Pressure Plate and Clutch Disc for customers who want to retain the comfort of a Dual Mass Flywheel
